Seasonal Fall Desert.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 each eggs
- 1/4 quart white sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 quart Pumpkin puree
- 1/4 quart all-purpose flour
- 1/3 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/3 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/8 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1/4 pound cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2-quart powdered sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Step by Step Instructions
1. Gather all ingredients.
2. Pre heat oven to 350
3. Grease sheet pan or line it with greased parchment paper.
4. Beat the eggs in a large bowl until foamy then add the sugar vegetable oil pumpkin puree and beat until incorporated.
5. In a separate bowl mix the flour baking powder cinnamon baking soda with the salt.
6. Beat the flour mixture into the egg mixture on low speed until just combined about 1 min.
7. Pour batter into the prepared pans and spread to the edges.
8. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 mins. until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
9. Cool completely for 30 mins.
11. Make the frosting by beating the cream cheese butter and the vanilla in a bowl until creamy. Then gradually add the powdered sugar until smooth.
12. Spread frosting evenly over cooled cake and sprinkle with cinnamon.
