One Pan Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
For the Chicken:
4 each 4 oz Chicken Breasts, or larger ones cut into 4 ounce portions, gently pounded
2 each Lemon- one sliced and one juiced
2 T Olive Oil
2 T Fresh Basil, finely Chopped
1 T Chopped Garlic
1 tsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
For the Potatoes and Green Beans:
1 pound Red Potato, medium diced
1 pound Fresh Green Beans, cleaned and stems off
1/4 C Olive Oil
1 T dried Rosemary
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Granulated Garlic
2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
Step by Step Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. In a ziploc bag combine Chicken Breast the juice of one lemon and the rest of the Chicken ingredients as listed above, place on a sheet pan and add sliced lemon to each chicken breast
3. Mix your Potatoes and Green Beans with the ingredients as listed above and place on the sheet pan
4. Cook for 30-45 minutes, until your potatoes are soft and your Chicken Breast has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees
