Breaded Cauliflower “Wings”

Healthy breaded cauliflower bites. Toss them in your favorite sauce and serve with celery sticks for a Vegan friendly appetizer.
Ingredients
1 head Cauliflower – cut into smaller pieces, stems removed
1/3 c. Flour
6 Tablespoons non-dairy milk or water
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 t. Paprika
Salt to taste
1 c. Panko bread crumbs
Step by Step Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Trim cauliflower into smaller 1-2 inch pieces with the stems removed.
3. Combine flour, non-dairy milk (or water), seasonings into a batter
4. Toss cauliflower pieces in the batter
5. In separate bowl, take one piece of battered cauliflower at a time and coat it with bread crumbs.
6. Place breaded cauliflower pieces on a lined baking sheet
7. Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown and soft enough to stick a for through
8. Remove from oven – toss breaded cauliflower in a sauce of choice
9. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
