White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients

1/2 cup packed brown sugar, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened, 1 large egg, 1 tablespoon brandy, 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flower, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 cup dried cranberries, 3/4 cup white chocolate chips

Step by Step Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Mix brown sugar, granulated sugar and butter until creamy. Add egg and brandy and mix until incorporated
3. In a separate bowl combine flour and baking soda. Add flour mixture to into the bowl of other ingredients until just combined. Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
4. Drop one-inch spoonfuls of dough onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet two inches apart and bake 8-10 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and let cool briefly before transferring to cooling racks
