Who doesn’t love a good pecan pie around the holidays?? Here is a super easy and tasty recipe

Pecan Pie

Ingredients

3 Large Eggs, 1 cup white sugar, 1 cup corn syrup, 2 Tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 cups pecan halves, 1 (nine inch) unbaked single pie crust

Step by Step Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Gather ingredients
3. Beat eggs slightly in a medium bowl. Whisk in sugar, then add corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla, salt and pecans
4. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell
5. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 and continue baking until pie is golden brown and slightly puffed on top, roughly 35-40 minutes. The filling should be set around the edges and slightly jiggly in the center.
