Butternut Squash Mash

Creamy butternut squash with warm fall spices. Pairs well with pork, chicken, or beef.
Ingredients
10lbs butternut squash
1/2 cup of butter
4 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
4 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup heavy cream
Step by Step Instructions
Cut your butternut squash down into cubes (remove the skins.) Roast your butternut squash in the oven until soft (20-30 minutes.) Place everything including the butternut squash in your mixer or into a bowl and blend it (use a hand mixer if you do not have a stationary mixer). Mix it until smooth.
