Marinated Pork Loin with Roasted Broccoli and Mashed Sweet Potato

Ingredients
1- 1.5 pound Pork Tenderloin
1/2 C Stir Fry Sauce
Mix together in a ziploc Bag
1 pound Broccoli cut into florets
1 T Olive Oil
Dash of Salt and Pepper
1 pound Sweet Potato, Peeled and Large Diced
1/4-1/2 c Whole Milk
3 T Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
Step by Step Instructions
1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
2. Once oven is heated place Marinated Pork Tenderloin on a sheet pan and cook until Tenderloin reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees, roughly 20- 30 minutes
3. Place your Broccoli tossed in olive oil, salt and pepper into the oven 10 minutes after your tenderloin has been cooking and pull out of oven when tender (should be about 10 minutes and close to when the Tenderloin is done)
3. While Tenderloin is cooking place your diced sweet potatoes in water and bring to a boil and cook until tender, drain and add your hot milk and melted butter, salt and pepper to taste
4. Bring all of the items together and enjoy!
