Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
For the Stir Fry:
1.25 pounds Top Sirloin, julienned
1 Green Bell Pepper, julienned
1 Medium Red Onion, julienned
2 cups Broccoli Florets
4 oz Pea Pod
2 Ounces Button Mushrooms, julienned
2 T Olive Oil
For the Sauce:
1 C Soy Sauce
1/4 C Rice Wine
1/4 C Sugar
2 T Sesame Oil
1 tsp Red Pepper Flake
1 T Chopped Garlic
1 T Cornstarch
2 tsp Chopped Ginger
Step by Step Instructions
1. Prepare 2 cups Jasmine Rice as per instructions provided on packaging
2. Mix all the ingredients in your stir fry sauce in a bowl and set aside
3. In a large skillet or Saute pan heat your olive oil and once hot add your julienned top sirloin and broccoli cook and cook for 3 minutes and then add bell pepper, onions, peapods and mushrooms, continue to cook until the vegetables are almost done
4. Add stir fry sauce to the pan and cook for 2 additional minutes until sauce thickens and vegetables are cooked
5. Serve over a bed of Jasmine Rice
